Sample Policy

We can offer sample for checking before your bulk order. You need to talk with our sales which one you need about the sample also your detailed address , and our sales will check the air freight according to the dimension and weight. We will make a proforma Invoice including the freight and sample fee. After you paid to our account , we will send the sample within 3 days. You will get the sample within 1 week after we send it out and offer you the tracking number.

Steps to Work with Us

Research

First you check our website or catalog to confirm the product that you want to purchase, if you are ok with our available models, we will talk details about the order , if you want to make OEM &ODM , we need to know your exact ideal&concept.

Idea&Concept

If you need OEM &ODM servce, we need to know your ideal and concepts. We can change or make a new design especially for you accordingly if you would like to pay the mould fee, or if your order big enough we can consider sharing the mould fee.

Sample Checking

After we confirmed what you exactly need, we will send you an sample for checkiing ,both about the outlooks and quality. If OEM&ODM. We will send you a prototype for confirmation before the mould making.

Printing &Package

If sample no problem and you decided to cooperate with us , we need than to talk about the printing& package if you would like to make your own brand. We can make as your requirement if your order reach to a certain quantity or if you would like to pay extra fee though generally most of our customers would like to choose our original desgn.

Test Order

After all confirmed, you can give us the PO and we make yoiu the PI and Contract accordingly , state every details we confirmed on these files. We will start the production when we get your prepayment according to the contract. You can valuate our service and quantity through the test order.

Negotiation

If you get any feedback from market and talk with us, just feel free to let us know and we can improve the process or details to make the target market more satisfying.

Bulk Production

Through our first cooperation and you trust our service and quality, we can then strat the formal order and make bulk production.

Delivery

For shipping service, we can ship for you or if you have your own forwarder, we can also contact them for sea freight. We will arrange LCL or full container loading according to the weight and dimension, we have long -term cooperated and reliable shipping company to make sure offering a reasonable price and reliable service.
